I was touched by the poem Footprints, where Jesus carried a man through the hardest struggles in his life, but because he only saw one set of footprints in the sand, he thought God wasn't around when he needed Him most. I was inspired by this story to write this song because no matter how many trials we are faced with throughout our lives, God will always be by our side when we call to Him for help. He is the only one who will never abandon or forsake us. (Hebrews 13:5)

When the days are hard
And the Nights too long,
Discouragement on my heart,
Need Your strength to move on

Chorus
Carry me to Your dwelling place
Hold me in Your embrace
Don't let me leave Your side
Be the place that I can hide

Teach me every day
How to keep You near
In Your arms, I'm okay
All my fears disappear

Chorus

Bridge
Why, oh why, do I struggle like I do
I forget to call on You
Try to do it on my own
Till You remind me, it's time to come home

This is dedicated to anyone who has ever suffered a broken heart. Anybody who has gone through a relationship where someone has been unfaithful to them knows how hard it is to bounce back. Instead of forgiving and moving on, some choose to hold on to the hurt, in hopes of seeing the one responsible for their pain 'get what they deserve'. In the future, be wise and guard your heart. (Proverbs 4:23)

You left me all alone
Did you think that I was made of stone?
You left my heart to ache
Had your fun and then you walked away

I wish you no harm, but I see it coming
The schemes and your plans soon will be crumbling

Chorus
Remember what goes around will come around
You reap what you sow didn't you know that you'd be found?
Remember what goes around will come around
You reap what you sow, don't you know, don't you know
Don't you know that you'll be found?

A lot of times gone by
Today I hold my head up high
Moved on to live and learn
No more that foolish little girl

I've heard through the vine that you haven't changed
You'd think by this time you'd be passed all the games

Chorus

Bridge
I hear your girl is telling you lies
Familiar stories, same alibis
Now it's not me, but you who cries
Didn't you know it's come back?
How could you be that blind?

All of us have many talents and gifts, and we aspire to do great things in life by putting them to good use. But often times we make excuses and allow fear or the negative comments of others to hold us back from our accomplishments. Fear is not from God, so we must face the giants in our lives and push forward past the negative thoughts and lies of this world to make our dreams a reality. (Philippians 4:13)

Lyrics

A. Arana, L. Emata Goodwin
Music: Randy Emata
Background Vocals: Claytoven & Lorna Emata Goodwin

You've got to stand your ground
Don't let them put you down
Pray hard and just be strong
Push forward and just move on

They say you're much too short
Too tall or just too wide
Focus on how you look
Not see the jewel inside

Chorus
Do whatcha gotta do
Go where ya gotta go
Be whatcha gotta be
To be yourself

Do whatcha gotta do
Go where ya gotta go
Be whatcha gotta be
And be yourself

Don't be afraid to try
Or listen to the lies
Ignore that voice of doubt
Cause it will all work out

We've heard every excuse
To not put our gifts to use
We focus on the can'ts
To jeopardize our chance

Chorus

Bridge
Don't hide behind those tears
You'll just get wasted years
Drowning in your own tears

Don't worry, do your best
Don't hold back or resist
The Lord will do the rest

We forget how fortunate we are to be alive, taking all that God has given us for granted. The "busy-ness" in our lives can get so overwhelming at times that we forget to take notice of the warm smiles that look our way. Or perhaps, we forget to take notice of the beautiful sounds of nature that wait to greet us the moment we step outside the door. These are visual proofs of God's loving-kindness towards all humanity. (Psalm 26:3)

Lyrics

L. Emata Goodwin, A. Arana

Yo no se donde empezar
Tampoco puedo explicar
Tu dulzura y carino es unico
Nada se compara

Cuando veo a un nino sonre?
Me aseguro que Tu existes
En este mundo que han robado de
Luz y la inocencia

Coro
Sin Ti
La vida no tiene sentido
No hubiera un sol que ver
Ni un bello amanecer
Las estrellas no brillaran
Sin Ti

Admiro a un pajaro volar
Gozando de su libertad
Muestra que tambi?libre soy
Sin nada que cuidar

Yo no se que haria sin Ti
Mi tesoro y razon para vivir
Te agradezco por todo lo
Que has hecho Tu por mi

Coro

Oigo Tu voz en el murmullo del mar
Tu fragancia respiro en la flor
Tus carisias yo siento en los rallos del sol
Esta en todo Tu prueba de amor

Translation: Without You (Sin Ti)

I don't know where to begin
Or even try to explain
Your sweetness and loving ways
Nothing that can compare

When I see a child's smile
I am convinced that You exist
In this world that that has been robbed
Of its light and of its innocence

Chorus
Without You
This life has no meaning
There'd be no rising sun
Or new day begun
The stars would no longer shine,
Without You

I watch in awe a bird on high
Enjoying of his freedom flight
It is proof that I too am free
Without the need to worry

Without You, what would I do?
You are the treasure and reason that I live
I am forever grateful
For all that, You've done for me

Chorus

I hear Your voice in the ocean waves
Your fragrance in the scent of a flower
I can feel Your caresses in the rays of the sun
The proof of Your love is present in everything

There is a destiny for each and every one of us to fulfill, but getting caught up in the everyday trials and difficulties that unexpectedly present themselves, can easily prevent us from moving forward. It is so important for all of us to be at peace with who we are and practice "agape" love with those around us. This makes the journey rewarding and worth traveling. (1 Corinthians 2:5)

Lyrics

R. Emata, A. Arana, J. Aguirrea
Music: Randy Emata
Background Vocals: Angela Arana

Coro
En la manana al despertar
Sera un dia lleno de alegria
Tienes que seguir tu destino
Levantate a celebrar este nuevo amanecer
Aunque la vida sea dificil
No pierdas la fe

Termino mi dia con
Una gran discusion Dejandome enojada
Sin ninguna solucion

Me puse a rezarle a Dios
Y yo me calme
No valia la pena este disgusto
Y yo me alegre

No hay que temer
Un Nuevo dia vendra
Y la tormenta pasara

Coro

Si te dejas ir por el rencor
Y por dentro guardas el dolor
Tu alma no vivira en paz
Ni la gente alrededor
Asi que tienes que dejar atras
Todo el mal que te han causado
Vivir en el dia de hoy
Y no en el pasado

No hay que temer
Nuestro orgullo es lo peor
Perdonar es lo mejor

Hablado
La vida es muy corta
Y la verdad es que el pasado queridos
No importa, hay!

Translation: Don't Lose Your Faith (No Pierdas La Fe)

Chorus
In the morning when you awake
Will be a day full of happiness
You have to fulfill your destiny
Come on rise up and celebrate
This brand new dawn
Although life seems so hard
Don't lose the faith

My day ended with a quarrel
That left me so angry inside
There were no solutions
I thought it be best to pray to God
And finally I calmed down
It wasn't worth the anxiety
And once again I was at peace

There is no need to worry
A new day will come
And the storms will pass along

Chorus

If you live your life full of resentment
And you keep all the hurt bottled up inside
Your soul will not rest in peace
And neither will anyone around you
So leave behind all the pain they've caused
Live for today and not in the past

There is no need to fear
Pride is our worst enemy
And forgiveness our best friend

Spoken
Life is much too short
And the truth is, my dear,
That the past doesn't matter
